1. Introduction MindLC Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Mind Learning Academy. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students (Thinkers) and their parents/guardians. This policy explains how we collect and use information in our tutoring phase and as we transition to an OSSD-accredited school.

Parental Information: Name, email, billing address, and payment details.
Student Information: Name, grade level, and school curriculum course status and needs.
Academic Progress: We collect data on "Logical Mastery" milestones, including feedback from mentorship sessions and "Human Defense" evaluations.
Technical Data: IP address and session logs to ensure a secure online learning environment.
3. How We Use Your Information We use data to:
Provide personalized math mentorship.
Track progress toward Ontario Grade 9-12 curriculum standards.
Communicate updates regarding our 2026 accredited school launch.
Note on AI: We do not sell your data to third-party AI companies. Data is used solely to improve the student’s personalized "learning path."
4. Data Security As a "Tech & Humanity" company, we use industry-standard encryption to protect student records. Access to student data is limited to our founding team and assigned mentors.
5. Children’s Privacy We comply with Canadian privacy standards. Since our students are often under 18, we require parental consent for all enrollments and data collection.
